TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using this site you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this document and the Good Measure Meals™ (GMM) Privacy Policy. GMM can change the terms and conditions at any time.

Meal Plan Order Deadline

The deadline for new orders, changes, cancellations, and skipped weeks is before 1 p.m. Wednesdays to affect the following week’s service.

By placing an order and using a credit card payment, the customer represents that he/she has the legal right to use the credit card entered for payment and is of legal age.

The customer’s account will be active and meals WILL BE ordered weekly unless he/she adjusts the plan.

Failure to skip a week or cancel a plan before the deadline will result in another week’s order of the customer’s meal deliveries, for which the customer will be charged and held responsible for payment.

Cancellation

The customer may cancel his/her order and discontinue use of this site at any time. Cancellations made after the 1 p.m. Wednesday deadline are subject to The Late Cancellation Policy, below.

There are no contracts with GMM, but all meal plan orders are ACTIVE and meals will be ordered weekly unless the customer has adjusted his/her account through the Account Dashboard.

Refund Policy

GMM must purchase food products in advance to produce meal plans ordered by customers each week. We regret that we cannot offer refunds, with the exception of the Late Cancellation Policy - all sales are final.

Late Cancellation Policy

Any changes after the 1 p.m. Wednesday deadline are subject to a 40% late change/cancellation fee.

The customer will be refunded the amount charged minus the 40% late fee. This option will only be available until 12:00 p.m. (noon) Friday afternoon. After 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Friday, the late cancellation option will no longer be available, and the customer will be responsible for all charges made for the order that was placed for the following week.

Meal Plan Delivery

Customers are responsible for picking up on scheduled pick-up days and times.

Good Measure Meals drivers are required to dispose of any remaining meals in a GMM refrigerated cooler at the time of the next delivery.

Health Information Statement

GMM is a nutrition based meal plan that works well for most people. If an individual has any type of health condition, he/she should check with a physician or health care provider before beginning a GMM meal plan.

Allergy Warning

Reactions to food allergies can not only be severe but also deadly. If an individual has a life-threatening allergy, we do not recommend use of this service.

Food Substitutions

From time to time, it may be necessary for GMM to make a food substitution if products are not available from our suppliers.

Copyrights

The entire GMM web site including our blog, nutrition articles, and menus are proprietary and covered under laws of the United States and other copyright laws.

Warranty Information

GMM strives to meet customer expectations 100% of the time. If a customer is unhappy with our product, he/she should contact customerservice@goodmeasuremeals.com. Product liability is limited to purchase price paid for the product or service provided by GMM.

Nutrition Services

Payment for any Nutrition Services purchased is due by the time of the service. Any cancellations or changes in appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid full charges.

Wellness Programming

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless other arrangements are made. Payments for wellness programming are non-refundable, but re-scheduling in certain circumstances may be possible depending on availability.
