Medically Tailored Meals
The Power of Food as Medicine
What is a medically tailored meal?
Medically tailored meals (MTMs) are meals designed by registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs) to meet the specific dietary needs of people with chronic or complex health conditions.
Unlike general healthy meal delivery, medically tailored meals are part of a clinical nutrition intervention designed to help people manage their health through food.
We are committed to ongoing excellence in our service delivery and are proudly accredited by the Food is Medicine Coalition (FIMC).
Who are Medically Tailored Meals for?
Medically tailored meals can support people managing conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, HIV/AIDS, cancer and other serious illnesses. They can also support people hoping to prevent chronic conditions, transitioning home after hospitalization, or people whose health makes shopping and preparing appropriate meals difficult.
How Are Medically Tailored Meals Different From Regular Meal Delivery?
Our Nutrition Guidelines
Each of our meals is designed and approved by one of our on-staff Registered Dietitian Nutritionists. We encourage you to schedule a free 10-minute consult with one of our RDNs if you have questions.

Note: All our meals fall within +/- 10% of these ranges.
