Our chefs order and prepare the freshest food to ensure the highest standards for maintaining maximum nutrient content. Four nutritionally balanced, calorie controlled meal plans are available. We also offer the Good Measure Meals "Dinner Plan" for individuals who just need a healthy and delicious option for dinner. You choose the plan that best suits your needs.
Starting at just $19.99 a day*, Good Measure MealsTM delivers three meals a day, five or seven days per week. Our "Dinner Plan" provides 5 or 7 nutritious dinners each week at just $10.49 per day*. The meals are always fresh- NEVER FROZEN! You simply heat them up in your microwave or oven.
Good Measure Meals are complete. You never have to add fruit, vegatables or side items to complete your meal. Our four week menu cycle ensures that you receive a wide variety of delicious menu items. In order to keep our price so affordable, we are unable to accomodate substitutions in our set menu.
We service Metro Atlanta with convenient pick up locations or we deliver your meals to your home or office. You pickp or we deliver your meals to you twice each week - on Monday or Thursday. Your Monday pick up/delivery starts you out with Tuesday breakfast and carries you through Thursday dinner. The Thursday pick up/delivery includes Friday breakfast through Monday dinner (excludes Saturday and Sunday meals if you are on the 5 day plan). This twice a week cycle enables us to include fresh fruit, vegatables and salads in our menu. Good Measure Meals is a nutrition based meal plan with zero trans-fat, low saturated fats, whole grains, and low fat dairy. This truly is a meal plan that you will enjoy! Our 20-30-50 mix of protein, fat and carbohydrates makes the plan a great option for anyone who wants to eat healthy.
Good Measure MealsTM is not a fad diet, it is part of a lifestyle change. It is healthy and balanced. Our nutrition staff ensures that our meal plan maintains a healthy mix as recommended by the American Dietetic Association. The Good Measure Meals four week menu has variety and incorporates selections from all food groups. You can enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables, a wide variety of entrees, and fresh baked breads that incorporate whole grains. Our recipes are creative and incorporate low fat dairy, healthy whole grains like flax seed, fresh herbs and low fat gourmet sauces. The variety of epicurean enhanced lower fat meals are specifically developed to prevent the dietary ruts and food plainness associated with other diets and some health foods.
What is a 20-30-50 mix? The Good Measure MealsTM meal plan is balanced each week to achieve a recommended mix of 20% protein, 30% fat and 50% carbohydrates. Complete nutritional information is provided for each meal.
Good Measure MealsTM offers a 28 day menu cycle and we update our menu twice each year with a Spring/ Summer and Fall/ Winter menu. This allows us to bring you the fresh seasonal variety that most of us crave in our menu. To meet the tastes of our diverse population, we are always seeking to develop new and different flavors in our menu.

Our menu is the same for all calorie levels. The two basic plans are our 1200 calorie and 1700 calorie meals. The meals are the same food just different portion size. For those individuals who like to add a snack to their day or are just looking to increase their calorie intake, you may want to consider our 1400 calorie plan which is our 1200 calorie portion size plus one 200 calorie nutritious snack or our 2100 calorie plan made up of the 1700 portion size and two 200 calorie snacks. |

We realize that not everyone wants or needs a full meal plan. Good Measure Meals offers a Dinner Plan that provides a healthy and nutritious alternative to restaurant and carry out. Our gourmet dinners come right from our menu. You will enjoy a wide variety of delicious meals- just heat them up.
The Good Measure Meals Dinner Plan is great for Other members of your household not on the Good Measure Meals plan- no need to cook dinner for them, just order a Dinner Plan Senior parents or friends that may have difficulty preparing meals but a full meal plan is not needed Busy weeks when you cannot work the full meal plan into your schedule Anyone wanting a convenient way to eat healthfully at dinner time

Option 1 - Good portions that are well balanced, these complete dinners average 400 to 450 calories each. *$10.49 per day, available 5 or 7 days per week.
Option 2 - Slightly larger portions than the Option 1 Dinner Plan. These complete dinners average 550 to 600 calories each and include additional side items not found in the smaller dinner plan.*$11.49 per day, available 5 or 7 days per week.

 |  |  | | Selecting the Right Plan | |  | | Good Measure Meals offers various plans but all of our meal plans are based on the same menu. The four calorie levels offered within our assortment enable you to select the caloric intake appropriate for your personal health objectives. The portion size of our meals is based on the plan selected, but since all of our meals include the right balance of protein and carbohydrates, they are all very satisfying. Our base meal plans are the 1200 and 1700 calorie plans. They are both full portion meals with the 1700 calorie plan containing larger portions and some additional side items.
If you like to have a snack each day, you might consider our 1400 (contains one 200 calorie snack) or our 2100 calorie plan (contains two, 200 calorie snacks). Our snacks are a combination of pre-packaged nutritious snack items along with signature baked items prepared in our kitchen by our pastry chef. Our snack menu rotates every two weeks.
When choosing the right Good Measure Meals calorie plan you may want to consider your goals for the meal plan. If you would like to lose weight, you will need to choose a plan that provides a lower caloric intake than you currently follow. You will also want to consider your activity level. As a general guideline, most of our female clients choose the 1200 or 1400 calorie plans while our male clients choose a higher calorie option. We also give you the option to change your plan with only a week’s notice. You can change your plan if you find that you would like to either increase or decrease your caloric intake.
